Content Sponsorship Coordinator
LearnFormula is an online continuing education platform helping professionals across North America - CPAs, attorneys, engineers, and more - earn the credits they need to maintain their certifications.
We are currently seeking a motivated and engaging Content Sponsorship Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify, approach, and build relationships with brands and companies that are aligned with our learner community. You will be responsible for finding and securing sponsors for our webinars.
This is a unique opportunity to shape LearnFormula's new sponsorship program from the ground up, working at the intersection of business development, content strategy, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify brands, companies, and organizations whose products or services align with LearnFormula's learner audience of regulated professionals.
- Proactively reach out to potential sponsors via email, phone, LinkedIn, and professional networks to present sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and media kits tailored to each prospective partner.
- Manage the full sponsor lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation through content briefing, onboarding, webinar production, and post-campaign reporting.
- Collaborate closely with our content and production teams to ensure sponsored webinars meet both LearnFormula's editorial standards and sponsor objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, building long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
- Track outreach activities, pipeline progress, and sponsorship performance using CRM tools.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new sponsorship categories and partnership opportunities.
- Support the development of sponsorship pricing, packages, and guidelines as this program grows.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation, outreach, sales, customer-facing roles, or similar positions where building relationships and engaging audiences was central to the work.
- Proven track record of successfully prospecting and closing B2B partnerships or sponsorship deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent LearnFormula professionally to senior-level contacts.
- Strong research skills - you should know how to find the right companies and the right people within them.
- Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple sponsors and timelines simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools.
- Experience in the media, education, or professional development industry is a strong plus.
- Genuine interest in professional learning, continuing education, or regulated industries (finance, accounting, legal, healthcare, etc.).
